Download the remote support app, open it and read us the ID it shows. Nothing to install and no settings to change.
How it works
- Download and open itClick Download for Windows, then open the file. If Windows asks, choose Run.
- Read us your IDTell us the ID number on the screen. When we connect, click Accept, or read us the one-time password shown under the ID.
- We fix it while you watchYou see everything we do. Close the window and we are disconnected straight away.
Good to know
- Only while you are talking to usOpen it when you have called us or we have arranged a session. We never phone out of the blue asking to connect to your computer.
- You stay in controlNobody connects until you accept, and closing the window ends the session.
- PrivateSessions are encrypted end to end and run through our own server, not a third party's.
- On a Mac, phone or tablet?The download is for Windows. Call us and we will talk you through getting connected.
